Some Unique feature
of Mahvelat pistachio:
- Good
taste and pretty color of the product as well as appropriate percentage
of fat (Because of the short-term irrigation and salt rate water)
- Very
high purity (each 100 kilogram of dry pistachio gives 58 to 60 Kilograms
of kernel)
- Percentage
of Close shell of pistachio should be 5% according to the Universal
Standards .This percentage for Mahvelat pistachio Is 2% to 3%
- Pistachio
fruit ripens so early (approx . 2 months)
- Unripe
kernels are uniform as far as shape and size are concerned.

microbial contamination of the product because of the trunk of the trees
in the region being high.
